Hi SCO OpenServer Users,

Coming soon to an OpenServer near you is Kodak Digital Camera connectivity
software. As of 1/3/2000, a free, downloadable, custom installable package
will be available from www.imageintegration.com.

This site is currently under development and we are furiously capturing
images in our Monterey Bay area for the gallery. This gallery will showcase
the image quality that the Kodak DC280 has to offer. This 2 MegaPixel camera
can shoot 896x592 pixels for web use or 1760x1168 pixels suitable for 8x10"
portrait-sized colored glossies. See www.kodak.com for more camera detail.

The provided software will copy images captured to the cameras compact
flash card to a UNIX filesystem using an extended JPEG format, EXIF.

We will also be providing information on how to use free image processing
software, available from SCO's Skunkware site to manipulate these captured
images to suite your specific needs.

We look forward to hearing from you in the New Year, jackc...

Many of the products and books I review are things I purchased for my own use. Some were given to me specifically for the purpose of reviewing them. I resell or can earn commissions from the sale of some of these items. Links within these pages may be affiliate links that pay me for referring you to them. That's mostly insignificant amounts of money; whenever it is not I have made my relationship plain. I also may own stock in companies mentioned here. If you have any question, please do feel free to contact me.

Specific links that take you to pages that allow you to purchase the item I reviewed are very likely to pay me a commission. Many of the books I review were given to me by the publishers specifically for the purpose of writing a review. These gifts and referral fees do not affect my opinions; I often give bad reviews anyway.
