This is what I do to find a dynamic IP.

I have E-MAIL checked every 4 min.  I have a filter in Eudora to 
'auto-reply' if a certain phase is used in the subject. I get the IP 
address from the header info from the auto-reply.  Takes a few minutes, 
but works well for me.
