Do NOT burn a Joliet filesystem.

Keep the filenames simple, standard DOS 8.3 (8 character name . 3 character
extention) will help.

Suggest a CDR and not a CD-RW.

At work you could put the CD into a Windows box and copy file to SCO box, 
or

Log into the SCO box as root and mount the CD:

mount -r /dev/cd0 /mnt

Use standard unix cp command to copy file into /tmp, and follow install
directions for the file.

unmount the cd:

umount /mnt
