Subject:  The "Alt arrow" functionality to move from Panner to Panner is Gone

I had this functionality in my 5.0.5 but it is missing in my new
install of 5.0.6.  Amazingly, there is a TA #: 105580
on this issue but only for the upgrade from 5.0.0 to 5.0.2
(which says it was fixed in 5.0.4).

Amazingly, the fix recommented in the TA (to substitute
the /usr/lib/X11/.Xsco.cfg from from 5.0.0. for the one in 5.0.2
works.  That is, I substituted the file from 5.0.5 into 5.0.4
and I now have the alt arrow functionality.  Also, it appears
I also have autopanning.  Even more amazing I have the new
functionality to overlap the pan sections.
I've yet to find out what I might have broken in the process.

Someone should tell SCO so they can acknowledge the problem,
and the fix.  It is not in the "Late News" or the "Release Notes"
on the SCO site.
